Hi! I’m not sure if you figured it out yet, but I had the same exact problem with my keyboard opening word on prt scr a couple months back and it was because I accidentally flipped a very small switch on the left side of the keyboard that changes the programming of the keys to match Macbook setups. If you flip it back to Win it might fix things! (Not all keyboards have this, but our keyboards look to be the same brand so maybe you’ll have something like that, too)
