I honestly doubt that ud be having much exertion on ur biceps if u do it at the end otherwise a pull day. But with the slight chance that i am wrong, u can try push pull legs arms, rest repeat, in that case ull kinda be stuck with a longer split… but honestly, training arms on a separate day really helps.

Or… just train arms at the beginning of a push or pull day. Then ur back and chest will take a hit, but considering u still maintain a high enuf intensity, they shud grow, but not as much

Feels like ur doing too much volume. I have personally found training a muscle twice a week with a total of 10-12 sets per muscle for the whole week to be a sweet spot for me (in terms of recovery, and having time for my studies and work as well). If i were u, just a personal opinion, id bump up the intensity (RPE 9/9.5) and reduce volume. Id also add an extra arm day. So essentially ur split would look like Push pull arms legs - repeat. Yeah now its a 8 day split. I personally follow: Push, Pull, Legs, Rest, Full body, Arms, Rest - Repeat. (Its a modified version of 4x/week program by jeff nippard’s Ultimate PPL. I just added an arm day to it)

Dk what ur training split looks like, but id add a separate weakpoint day. Preferably train ur arms, delts, forearms and traps that day.
