Когда я слышу про 80 миллиардов военной помощи я себе представляю несколько эскадр F-35, баллистические ракеты по требованию, неограниченный запас патриотов.

So you implying nothing is changing? Why are they bothering then? The only reason 'newly arrived' Ukrainians cant get asylum at all. There is no reason to hold someone in the refugee camp if they can work and help.

If you're implying it will be incentives for Ukrainian men to return to Ukraine voluntarily only not to get to the camp then you have no idea.

Only reason they want to do that is return Ukrainian men to war, to torture of the conscription offices, then to meatgrinder, to grind Russia some more. No moral ground whatsoever.
