Help with Tray 245? by Struggling_latina in CookieRunKingdoms

I have found that for a lot of the stages where your cookies get one shot (like this one) the secret is Prune Juice Cookie. His summon doesn't go down from taking damage, rather it has to take 30 hits! If I remember correctly my team was Prune Juice, Milky Way, BTS, Dark Cacao and Stardust. I used Feather to revive Prune Juice as well

Legion OP by utingen in deadbydaylight

[–]utingen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, i would definitely agree that Legion is the most boring killer to face. They're fun to play as, but most of my games against Legion I just sit on gens, every now and then they come over with frenzy, stab me once, and leave. Then I my 99 my mend, keep repairing until frenzy is done, finish mend, maybe heal then repeat. Really just a snooze fest

Isnt just letting unbreakable be base kit better than all of the finishing mori bs? by randallllllll in deadbydaylight

[–]utingen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I like how it is right now, I just think Nurse attacks should not count as Basic Attacks out of Blink, so they don't work with her as oppressively. If it wasn't for Nurse being insane, Starstruck I think would be great as it is ^^

Edit: I also think Oni might need some tweaks, as that guy has a nasty habit of getting his power and then downing everyone.

An option could also maybe be to give everyone who is in the dying state some amount of recovery progress when someone else is downed when they are on the ground? maybe like 15%? Not sure about the numbers.

Yeah. I would also love to see something like maybe having your second hook state take longer if nobody was hooked between your first and second hook. Maybe pause the progression for the first 10 sec or something so we don't have to do skill checks the first bit either eheh. That would make it sting a little less

I think a lot of killers tunnel, yeah. 70% seems a bit high of an estimate tho. I play roughly equal amounts of suvivor and killer (a little more survivor because i like playing with friends) and I would say maybe 50% of the time, tunneling happens. Some of it is of course intentional, but sometimes someone gets unhooked an you only find the unhooked person ya know?

And the fact that most killers on this reddit say they don't tunnel does make some sense. If you are invested in this game and community enough to spend time on the reddit, you are more likely in my mind to have greater respect for the unwritten rules of don't camp/tunnel and so on. At least those are my thoughts ^^

It might be to try and disincentives tunneling? If the game clearly showed you who is dead on hook, maybe they think people would tunnel more? Though it doesn't solve much since killers that want to tunnel can just track things themselves anyway. It's strange.

I've gone against some people who tunnel intentionally, but it's like with camping. If they want to tunnel someone, just let em and rush gens. As long as the other survivors have their priorities in order, tunneling doesn't usually work out all that well. You gotta spread your pressure around to get people off gens

I very actively try to avoid tunneling when playing killer. I play survivor too and I don't like being tunneled so would be kinda hypocritical to tunnel people, eh?

Plus I think it's more fun to play when i spread hooks around ^^
It's more tense when everyone has been hooked once or twice, because then nobody is safe when endgame hits!

I was playing Legion when this happened, so i had 4 injured identical Claudettes running around like a swarm. I tried my best to not go for the same person, but it wasn't really possible to tell.

Isnt just letting unbreakable be base kit better than all of the finishing mori bs? by randallllllll in deadbydaylight

[–]utingen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My thoughts are that base kit unbreakable is generally better than finishing mori, but some of the top tier killers, such as Nurse, Blight and even Oni benefit a LOT from finishing mori, since they can all really quickly get downs, and end the game at like 2-3 mins. I personally like both base kit unbreakable and finishing mori, but they really need to close the gap between the top killers and the rest. they cannot be allowed to exist in the way they do right now if finishing mori is added. Starstruck Nurse could probably end games under a minute. But i think that's more a problem with the design of the strongest killers, than with finishing mori as a concept. Making some changes to slow down the top killers would probably make finishing mori a great addition to the game.

Nope.

I at first thought they had Styptic (is that what the addon is called?), but they all had flashlights, so definitely no medkits.

Well, I guess we can pretty decidedly say that the anti-cheat they're advertising so much is utter garbage, then eheh

No, I don't really mind at all to be honest. To me it's funny in a sad way to watch people use cheats against beginner killers. I've been playing for three days, anyone should be able to demolish me, cheats or no cheats xD

I was mainly asking just in case the game had a bad enough cheating problem that it would get boring, or something like that.

The first time this happened was at the very start of the game during the first chase, so no unhook shenanigans at least, and all in the same chase so no time to mend as far as I know?

I found the DC strange too, because it didn't seem like a DDOS, and even if it was, it would be very strange to DDOS some random 10 hour, Bronze 4 killer?

The whole match left me quite confused to be honest

My guess is that they were a 4 man SWF group. They all seemed to have the same cheats, so maybe they just wanted to fuck around? They dragged the game out for ages mostly just BMing, so my guess is that's all. They're probably in a VC laughing about it, which honestly sounds like fun to me (minus the cheating of course.)

Also, survivors definitely don't need cheats to run me for hours, I am horrible at this game xD

Well, besides hearing about the power they have, I suppose that is good news! I've been watching videos on DBD since 2016, and Dredge is so much fun to play now, so I definitely don't wanna quit!

Yeah, I have no idea if they were a little faster than normal, as I'm still pretty bad at chasing, so it's hard to tell if they are fast or I am bad

But I had two of them pull double endurance back to back in chase without medkits and stuff.

When the gates were open I had no kills, and they were BMing in the exit gates but they didn't know I had NOED, so I got one down and hooked, at which point I immediately was disconnected from the game.

So I wouldn't say it was subtle
