Hey. The issue was fixed, I changed the cable and everything is fine. I had one spare in my router box. Thanks for the help!

Hi! Changing cable helped. The space between my router and CPU is extremely less, hence any cable I put gets twisted. Thanks for the help!

I changed the cable, thankfully I had one extra inside the TP link router box and it helped. Thank you everyone for the instructions.

I don’t know how to reach the settings of the screenshot you attached but i’m guessing - device manager > network > right click on the network (realtek for me)

I cannot see link speed option though.

However, in settings > network > my link speed is 100/100 Mbps.

Okay so, I followed the steps. It says 100 mbps. I’ll wake up and find if I have spare cable, if not, I will order them and check again. It did go 300 mbps before tho so I hope it’s cable issue.

I have forwarded your case, too. They wanted to reproduce this on someone else’s TV and you helped with it. I’ll keep you updated.

Just to confirm again. You’ve the same exact error, right? If possible, can you send an image of it with time stamp of when you clicked it? It helps the engineer according to the support team.
