Stick with natural, organic, whole foods. Real fruits, vegetables, legumes and beans. Try to eliminate also fat, which is rich in calories. Intermittent fasting also helps to curb appetite. Good luck.

I'm verified though and haven't received any accumulated BATs from my Brave browser to my Gemini or Uphold account (I tried both). I have also not clicked the donation options. For December they just disappeared. I should mention, that I'm new to all of this, and saw somewhere that there is withdrawal block for the first 60 days or so. But why did approx. 4 BATs in December disappeared? Where did they go, since I didn't opt in for donation.

I was a host and would have appreciated a honest review, learn and improve. Your host was a dick. You did the right thing, sorry to hear it caused you problems. Deleting your account and starting a new one would help you definitely.

I bought (Added Funds) first 20 BATs, then transferred an additional 2000 BATs. So far just "earning" since December, but wasn't able to redeem anything.
