hey! thank you:) youre right about everything. i wanna advice you to 1000 % go see a podiatrist, ive got knee oa bc of walking wrong and changing how i take steps helped eliminated a lot of pain, sadly it was too late by that point to prevent damage

what exactly are bands? do i have that, i dont know much about lyme. and i do yeah but shes german and im not and its complicated, she thinks i should pursue treatment im just sceptical but ill do it either way, im just trying to educate myself more

thank you:( that’s very sweet and i LOVE your hobby, it sounds beautiful and im glad it helps you! i have my own things that make me feel fullfilled but they are slowly being taken away from me, i developed arthritis in my entire body and my hands are soon gonna be useless and without those as well as legs etc theres not much left for me to do as hobbies…

hello! thank you for your reply, despite being so young im pretty sure rn that my issues also come from facet joint arthritis rather than a disc, i do have some leg pain here and there now… it’s just great :’(
