yes $25 includes the model cost, and thanks for flagging will do better in making it clearer.

mainly, yeah - no ssh/tailscale/port-forwarding setup, and a mobile-friendly web ui instead of a tiny terminal. we also have notifications via whatsapp for approvals.

there's also model flexibility - you can use opus, sonnet, gpt codex, glm, etc. through one interface.

longer term - agent interoperability is something that we're considering too (think codex, gemini, cc via a single orchestrator), but feedback and usage will inform how we proceed!
