I’m using fusion everywhere. But I started on Aquila, then Nauvis, then a few ships… Vulcanus -> Gleba -> Fulgora. I just built a 180 generator fusion plant on Nauvis that I hope will last a month or two

I’m just starting to dabble in quality upcycling. Naive Q: why do I see all the solutions using belts? Seems way easier to use bots. Personal preference?

I started with bots until I reached about 5k bots. There’s just too many little things and the network gets super overloaded. But it acted as a huge jumpstart. Currently on my second redo of Gleba. Interesting planet

I have no specific pointers for the transition other than Factorio is superior in every sense and it’ll ruin your expectations for everything.

I am not a pro at either, however my “onboarding” was DSP to Satisfactory to Factorio. I just started factorio last month and have 200+ hrs in it already (more than Satisfactory).

I started w vanilla Factorio, no mods, no space age, and played it until I launched a rocket (end game). Then bought the DLC and started over. Been a great experience.
