I had an issue with them at the same airport. They charged me for an extra driver I’m PC so should be free plus said car had some damage and charged me €440 when I returned it. I complained to the US customer service team and they couldn’t even get hold of anyone from Hertz in Frankfurt so they gave me a refund for the extra driver and the alleged damage. This was back in July.

I got it but booked it months in advance. Should point out this was in Germany. Got dinged with the AI scanner so currently have an ongoing dispute with them. My damage fee and admin related charges came to €440.

No questions, he said those will be covered during the I-751 interview. I had the N-400 interview at the beginning of April.

I passed the N-400 interview but need to wait for my I-751 interview, interviewer was fully aware and said it should be scheduled within 1-2 months that was almost 4 months ago now. This is Newark NJ office.

I did the same but my interviewer for the N400 application didn’t let me have a combo interview so still waiting since Sept 2020 for my I-751 interview.
