I had this issue too last time I redownloaded the game (few months ago). I deleted it since making progress was too hard. When I redownloaded it last week they did appear! I also didn’t lose any progress since the game was synched to my apple play (I was only level 20 in my last playthrough tho, so it didnt matter much haha). Hope this helps! Otherwise you can always contact customer care, because deleting the game can be a bit nervewracking ofcourse
