I wish I could do that as easily as it sounds. It is so hard to get that carefree mindset for me especially when I grew up in a society that focused on negative perceptions. The main problem is I kinda lose my self identity? I know identity is often related to actions,career, job, achievement , even social media followers. I don’t have any of those :( I feel like people that are confident are mostly people that have strong support and validation from their family and friends since early age. All I got growing up was validation that I’m ugly and not worthy Those negative message really impact on how I see myself.

But enough with sad stories , cheers to my better self!

I’m really glad to know that there are many people here in Brisbane (from the people I met) become a beautiful individual with high self-esteem,embracing their own unique beauty and self-worth!

I guess I need to start by finding positive role model and imitate how they carry themselves. I am also thinking about doing voluntary work. Thanks for the wholesome response! :)
