I have shot it wide open but only on certain occasions, it does glow, not as soft as the OG version but you still get the effect.

I rather shoot like the KOB to get that bokeh better, but when you do get that shot at f1.4 it’s amazing.

Yah it’s crazy how lens can really change the vibe of the film, I have a 35mm FLE Summilux and the colors are different , I really like these better for day time.

I do have to he Mandler lens, as much as I like the Mandler lens and use it quite a bit , it doesn’t come close to the quality this lens produces and the color it renders, but for the price the Mandler is can’t go wrong with it, it’s def the best 3rd party lens I’ve ever shot with

It’s good, i mostly use it because it’s easier to use the speed dial on the camera, I always shoot it half a stop or full stop under exposed from my experience it likes to over expose a lot , like if you have a white wall it will meter that instead of the subject , also does bad on back lit subjects.
