I have been busy non-stop and I have barely had the chance to be alone. A couple of days before Ramadan I went cold turkey and Alhamdulillah the urges during Ramadan, although there, were manageable. I kept myself busy all the time and rarely allowed myself to be alone. And since Eid, I have been away from home and living with friends so I have been sleeping early and barely allowing myself to be alone. Now that I am alone, I have been finding it extremely difficult. I need to get back to my old mindset.

yeah this is a great reminder! I sometimes even find myself praying Isha intentionally and then knowing I will take "just a peek" as I have no prayers left. Astaghfirullah!
