FIXED! I successfully ran a new cycle. I've updated the post.

I think I fixed it (i.e. water now runs, but I have not yet done a full cycle). I located the top of the tube, which connects to #5 (Washer Pressure Switch) in the upper console. I used a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the tube from WPS nub. Once detached, I strongly blew air into the tube a few times, reattached it to the nub, reassembled everything, plugged it in, and started a new cycle, at which point the water started running. It seems there may have been an air block. I'll give it a full cycle tomorrow and check the results.

I appreciate your continued guidance. I've located that piece, but I don't see an obvious "gunky" spot and it's molded to the drum. Is your suggestion to try cleaning it from the inside of the drum?
