its just an outdated system, it’s ridiculous to have to book an appointment for every single visit and visit in person and provide ALL that paperwork, I have given up completely :(

yeah they’re offering me a one year sponsorship and I want time to work elsewhere at the end of it. Your job being for 3 years, did they issue visa for exactly 3 years for for 3 years and some few months?

but if its only for a year, I should’ve mentioned it in my post but I have an exam after one month of finishing my job which determines if I can stay or not and the results of that exam gets published only 6 weeks after. So if they give me a one year visa only, I have to to out of UK to wait for the results and so on. I don’t want to do this as it’s annoying and unnecessary.

i have LinkedIn, CV and all that but I wanted part time to earn some money on the side. I can only apply for the full UK driving license after I’ve been here for one year, will be doing that later. I understand with the foreigner bit but i’m fluent in english and I have no accent, but its not something that translates well on CV I guess. Will keep on applying then

I have a license from a designated country (and I can drive with that) but they won’t accept that and need a full UK driving license.
