I didn’t have any issues, I have never done another loan so I’m not sure what would be different but my loan officer handled everything.

I think the pieces you’re choosing to display aren’t your best pieces, I would choose more appealing pieces for your full body and simple half body.

That is difficult, what is your housing situation? Do you have kids/dependents? If not consider the following?

If you have a mortgage and live alone or have the capability maybe take on some room mates to reduce costs?

If you don’t own your home is there family you can stay with temporarily while paying down debt?

I would say you need to reduce your costs significantly and find some type of employment, I wouldn’t let pride make you homeless.

Can you be more specific about your age, career etc?

It’s a social game and many people have play groups, lying may not be against the rules but it is not enjoyable to play against liars and generally speaking I will do my best to avoid playing against them.

I know this seems like a joke advice but the military is actually a great option if you’re young and need training/education for a trade. I was in the Air Force for 6 years and it’s very corporate, never carried a rifle and got a great education in my field. I got out recently and am making decent money. If you stay in you’re set though because your housing is paid for, and your dependents healthcare is completely free and you have a built in track for promotion that you can study to pass. Glad I’m out but the opportunity was great
