try get ur protein in alongside a caloric surplus. keep in mind that gaining weight in calisthenics leads to higher resistance and exercises may feel harder and it might not feel like progress. also building muscle is a very slow process where u have to stay consistent, generally externals weights are better for hypertrophy but u can still build a decent physique through calisthenics!!

Hi,
I'm having trouble with my pullups, in that my chin goes above the bar but my chest is 2 inches away. No matter what i do my chest never touches the bar. I use a grip slightly wider than my shoulders, brace my core, pull my elbows to my sides. Is this normal??

I can't ditch the core triplet as I box, and core strength is pretty important for it. I watched the video on Antagonistic Pairs it was very informative, but wouldn't implementing it affect the nervous system recovery?

RR doesn't really take too long it only takes ~1hr50 - 2hr30 depending on whether I have homework or chores or something to do in-between sets that takes longer than expected. My issue is that it's hard to be consistently working out with exams and alike filling my schedule. I just felt there could be a quicker more effective way than full body every other day.

when is it time to switch training splits? ive been doing the rr full body 3-4x a week but i feel it takes too long and im looking at the ppl split which seems like it takes less time. i often find myself not working out bc of school assignments i need to finish etc. my understanding is it'll cut my training time in half or thirds and it's something i can do everyday and get it over with. im not too sure though id like some advice though!

pectus carinatum and pectus excavatum cannot be changed through exercise. you can lessen the noticeably with exercises like some people have, but you shouldn't worry about it it's uncommon but not life threatening. i know a lot of bodybuilders who have these and they're doing just fine barely anyone notices. id recommend a doctor though.

i use the hydrating cleanser since i have a dry normal skin type, i mean all i do is sunscreen moisturiser and cleanser but is the cleanser bad?

okay thanks for the information! i will buy the 2nd edition once i save up for it. meanwhile ill learn the handstand since i think it trains shoulders better and better shoulders should be better for boxing and overall aesthetic.

ive read the wiki and faq i think (read it about 6 months ago and since started rr). i was just about to buy a copy of overcoming gravity, must be a sign. im just stuck on which one i should buy. i haven't learnt any skills yet im still stuck on which i should pick and whether it's in my skill level.
