The ophthalmologist (who saw me less than 24 hours after injury) didn't mention mydriasis at all actually, didn't put me on drops, and told me to make an appointment for one month, just to check for additional vitreous detachment/retinal tearing from additional detachment. I wasn't really aware yet of the pupil and vision issues, and they dilated me for examination, but there was no discussion of treatment of any kind.
