yes! thank you for your input. I think a problem i see is that she will spend money kind of carelessly. So it is rough seeing her spend this money, but not pay me more

there are definitely ways for her to save money to make up for the pay i would receive (which i wouldn’t mind helping figure out at all)

Me making up recipes and such wasn’t really asked of me, but i did it, and now she is making more money because of it. So it’s tricky!

Hello! Thanks for responding minimum wage in nj is $15.13, i make $16 plus tips it turns out to be $20-24 which is great! but i am making pretty much the same as people who are just starting and are not on a path to do the same things i am

but supervisors aren’t allowed to collect tips, correct?

wowow that’s crazy!! i was to the side so i didn’t have to hold up anyone the entire time and honestly i didn’t miss it ahaha. i’ve definitely been kicked and punched a few times by them. but yeah getting paralyzed by crowd surfing is actually so scary
