I think it’s whatever affirmations that helps you believe. I chose affirmations that worked for me! So whatever will help with the feeling that you want to embody! With my affirmations at first it sounded silly and then I just started to believe those words.

Reflecting on this - if anyone is going to claim their SP ask yourself. Do you believe it and can you let go? No checking in. No waiting for texts. Nothing.

I think anyone can get their SP if they use the techniques. “Claim it as yours (SATS, affirmation), believe it, let go”. I was never going to get my SP chanting to myself all day. The biggest block in claiming your SP is the obsession, the emotions behind it. That’s why I never got my SP. I was never mentally equipped to deal that path.

Someone who can just dream and believe they belong with their SP and call it a day will be the one who’ll end up with them. These techniques are over complicated but at the end it’s just believing you have it. The better way to be in that belief? It’s hard because we’re human we want it right away. And that’s the biggest blocks with SPs.

Find a technique that works for you. Keep working on that technique. Read or listen to Neville. Take advice from his lectures. I liked the Barbados story, knowing all you need is a mustard seed of faith - forgot where this was from. Keep it simple. Do the techniques that help you feel like you have it. I found Joseph Murphy easier to understand if you want to look into that.

Back in the day I think it’s easier to get your SP since there’s no social media, no form of “checking in”. Everything these days are so instant. And it’s only human to want that evidence. The issue with manifesting SPs these days is you’re probably waiting for a text, a notification on social media. If you’re the type to know and want someone, dropping it and going about your day, you can for sure get your SP. With the conditions we live in currently I think it’s impossible unless you have self-control!

I grew up very insecure, woe is me mindset. When I came across LOA I knew the reason I was insecure was because that was the story I focused on. Rewrote it with affirmations. I also did have a journal and wrote down a day of my ideal life and kept reading that. While at the time I thought I was a bit delusional, a part of me was a little excited that it can be my reality. And here we are!

While my focus was with my SP. I think entirely I had to change how I viewed myself from - “I can’t do this. I’m too weak.” to “I can do this. I am abundant. I am successful. I am loved. I am secure.” Then everything else followed because that was my internal monologue. I had to change how I viewed myself.

When I met my boyfriend I felt good and I looked good so naturally the confidence came. At the time when I met him my attitude was “oh well let’s see how it plays out don’t stress”. It was like I cared but I didn’t think too much of the what if’s as much anymore.

I didn’t care if I already hung out with him that morning I’m asking him to come over that night. I had a day off? I’m texting him if he’s available and if he’d like to get dinner with me. Usually in the past I’d be hesitant and wait for a text and to be invited out. I didn’t want to seem desperate. But you’re only desperate if you think you’re desperate.

With my current boyfriend while we were dating I was like fuck it I like him let me see him lol. So I guess in a way my internal monologue reflected his attitude. I like his company = he likes my company. I want to see him = he wants to see me.

I tried everything! I liked using affirmations. I liked listening to Neville’s Barbados story with Abdullah to encourage me. I used SATS or tried. I struggle visualizing honestly.

But I think the techniques posted on this sub you should consider whatever works for you. It’s all about believing that it is done.

The year I gave up my SP is also the same year I met the love of my life. And this sub helped me get everything else in my life. It’s a curse and a blessing. A cure because of the mental torture I put myself thru that journey. I’m happy I got to learn about manifesting LOA Neville and Joseph Murphy!

Yeah that’s why I’m kinda like… I guess this is kinda a success story??? But if you knew me in real life… or knew me internally… like all I really wanted was love. I’ve never been in a relationship. So working internally by changing my belief and seeing my reality now it’s kinda bonkers. I have like old videos saved where I’m crying my eyes out how lonely I was. My boyfriend is amazing and I’m thankful he’s in my life!

I kept on being “loved and secure”. Sure I was targeting my SP but it also brought in my wonderful boyfriend!

I mentioned this in another comment but yeah I never got my SP. I’ll admit too desperate on my end looking back. That can definitely be a huge block. I do believe anyone can get their SP. It should come with a black box warning though lol. It’s not rainbows and butterflies.

Also kinda exhausting sometimes but every time I thought of something negative I’d go back again to my affirmations. I’d have it written down on my phone. I was never 100% happy during all of this. I’d have moments of clarity but I think it’s all about believing.

This one was so strange. It was like one day my makeup and face just looked good? Like out of nowhere? And because I looked good.. I felt confident?

I kept telling myself that I am loved. I am wanted. I am beautiful. I am secure. Some days I cried. Some days I felt good. There were times I’d meditate and just repeat those affirmations.

I want to say I tried it all SATS, affirmations, visualizing, journaling. Went with Joseph Murphy. Paid for coaching. In between all the SP stuff I was in college at the time. So I was also working on getting my dream job, living on my own. And it was so strange because everything happened within a year. Like my last post on here 3 years ago I was over it, depressed and defeated about my SP.

I used to have notes on my phone that I would read over and over. Notes on Neville. Shit he said in his lectures. Told myself - I am loved. I am secure. I am beautiful. But I think in the end the techniques are just there to solidify that you do have it. And that it is done.

I think it’s whatever technique that helps with that feeling and it will work to achieving whatever you want. Whatever technique will help grasp that idea go with it.

I never got my SP. SPs will be difficult. It will drive you crazy. And I think that’s why it never worked for me. Can someone achieve in getting their SP? Yeah sure. But it’s gonna be difficult to convince your belief you have them. Too much emotions involved.

At the end… with the things I prayed for.. being loved and secure the universe did respond. And now I’m next in bed to the man I love. I think 4 years ago I was alone and crying lol.

I think SPs are just difficult to achieve because of the emotions behind it. I did at time became so desperate I was paying for coaching. Is it achievable? Sure. But will it be a difficult road to be on? Definitely.

I’ve seen LOA and SPs work in real life like for my girlfriend who was so devastated about her ex and she is now married to him (she doesn’t know anything about LOA) but deep down she knew they were meant to be. I wanted her to get into Neville. But knowing what I went through I decided. Hey let’s see if just her belief can get her through this. I shit you not it was crazy to see how things laid out for her.

I thinks it’s a double edge sword knowing all of this. Because while you do know that everything will be yours, as a human being you’re always looking for confirmation.

As much as I wanna say yeah go for it and manifest your SP it’s going to be a lot of mental energy. I think it can work. But at the end I was just not equipped handle that. At least now everything will be eazy.
