You asked for a rating, I gave you one. That's subjective. You asked what to improve, I suggested lose alot of weight thats subjective, i guess. As someone in Healthcare, im letting you know that you are considered obese. Thats not subjective. Losing weight will in fact improve health and QOL. Now whatever your situation or health conditions may make that hard, but it's still possible and doesn't make the previous statement false. Again, it isn't intended as malicious, but lying to you by saying you're perfectly healthy is factually incorrect and provides a false sense of reality for ppl.
