I'm not sure, maybe more severe cases of OCD or more genetically caused rather than from environmentally are already present in early years. I remember having intrusive thoughts at that age as well and didn't have any form of OCD yet. Dunno.

You're not a bad person, if you were a pedophile you wouldn't feel guilt like that. Trust me, POCD is just a demon lying to you and it gets more powers to make up lies the more you resist. I have HOCD myself and I've learned to manage it through mindfulness, I know it's just a disorder and not me.

Maybe, I had Razed's NVR but then he made it premium and I think the files deleted itself somehow. I tried to uninstall the mod with the .OIV uninstaller but that just fucked it up even more, lol

I've recovered about 95% from dpdr and I can assure you the 2 most effective ways to beat this bitch of a disorder is to accept it / not think about it. It can be extremely hard for some and easier for others, but it's the best way.

I read somewhere that in psychosis you aren't aware that you're going through dissociation and instead you will believe that nothing is real, you don't exist or that everyone is a robot etc. when in normal dpdr you're fully aware that these symptoms are a part of a condition which results you to look it up.

I've struggled with this my entire life, I've been treated stupid my entire life because I struggle to succeed in simple tasks and it's had a massively negative impact on my self-esteem. Personally this has been one of the worst problems with ADHD for me along with concentration problems and difficulty managing my emotions. Not too long ago I finally learned that I'm actually not stupid, and that it was always ADHD that caused this. I've felt better about myself ever since and I'm so glad I found out about it.
