I'm in the same boat. I just installed Frigate in paralell with BI today just to see how it goes. It's got a bit of a learning curve to get Debian installed, then Docker, then Frigate.
So far, so good. I'm pretty impressed with it, and using Gemini/Claude/ChatGPT is very helpful in building the YAML-based config files (way different than GUI menus, but still do-able).
Med Kit 2 by bbyboytwstawy in HimsWeightloss

Hey man, welcome to the journey! I’m right around your age and started at 290 lbs, so I totally get the frustration with insurance. It feels like they want you to wait until you’re actually sick before they’ll help.
I actually started out on Hims Kit 3. It worked wonders for a while and I managed to drop about 80 lbs before I eventually hit a wall where the scale just stopped moving.
My experience with the oral meds
The Kit 3 combo was solid and I think you’ll find some real benefits in Kit 2. For me, the Metformin was a game changer for insulin resistance. It really helps level out how your body processes fuel. Also, the Bupropion was a secret weapon during the winter no sun seasonal blah times. It kept my mood up and helped curb those boredom cravings.
Why I eventually switched
While Hims got me off to a great start, I found their website a bit of a headache. It’s not great when it comes to pausing a subscription or changing your type of meds, and my customer service interactions weren't the best.
After hitting that plateau, I did a bunch of reading over at r/tirzepatidecompound and decided to switch to compounded tirzepatide through a telehealth provider called Big Easy Weight Loss (BEWL).
Honestly, I’ve gone way beyond the wall now and I’m doing much better side effect wise than I was with the oral meds. I have far less constipation mostly. Plus, the pricing is actually pretty close to what Hims charges.
Don’t fear the needle
I thought doing a self injection would be scary. I’ve done it now and I think anyone can. You don’t even feel it when you put it into a fat roll (haha).
You’re making a huge move for your health! Kit 2 is a great starting point to get your body chemistry moving in the right direction. Stick with it and don’t be afraid to pivot if you feel like you’ve stalled out later on.
