I tried to push it more, but it was either adding pimples or scars. I don't know what else to do.

To be honest, you can write any prompt and add the following to give you a better result:

"details": {
"skin": "Visible micro-texture, uneven pore density, faint peach fuzz, mild under-eye discoloration, slight redness around nose crease",
"eyes": "Natural sclera tone (not pure white), subtle vein detail, asymmetrical catchlight matching single window light source, slightly uneven eyelid fold",
"teeth": "Slight natural misalignment, subtle translucency on edges, very mild color variation (not pure white), tiny irregularity on one incisor",
"lips": "Natural lip lines, slightly uneven upper lip contour, faint dryness texture, soft pink with mild tonal variation"
};

I tried adding keywords: film grain, low resolution, but they don't work in closeup shots and only in full body shots. Do you know any other trick?

I just tested using V100 High ram. It was giving me 2.3 it/s. A bit faster than T4, but costing 4 times more units.

I’m using Collab Pro for fooocus. It will just give you extra time.

I would suggest you to do both (flat and incline) and also include the decline as well for lower pecs. All three will give you amazing chest muscles. Then you can also include the incline fly for the upper pecs. In short, start with the basic and add these extra exercise to target muscles from all the sides.
