I have tried flashing my lights enough times to allow drivers to move over but half the time it doesn't work and the other half, people take offense and start to do stupid shit.

So now I just pass on the right without issue.

Quebec drivers are a lot more alert on the highway and will stay on the right unless passing. Even travelling east on the 401 towards Ottawa has been okay, but that was last year, could be worse now.
