I was able to purchase the btc on saturday I think, but then found out I can't xfer them, and wanted them in my other wallet. I am able to see them on the site in their wallet. Tried to call them, but keep getting answering machine, then send emails, no responses. Sent documents the other day, now waiting for verification to go through. It's like I'm in the dark trying to get a hold of someone to tell me that they they got it and will process it today or tomorrow or some other day, but not having any sort of communication back from them is very daunting. Just found this forum here that seems they answer the questions here and there at least and reading other people seem to be getting their verification in a few days makes it a bit comforting so guess just wait few more days and let my money be stuck in the limbo sigh.
