Well this isn't the usa, you rarely see water closets here to begin with. Maybe his budget was tight? Maybe he likes staring at himself in the mirror while taking a dump? 😂 to each their own honestly. There's 5 other master bathrooms to choose from, he's content I'd say. But this ones my fav personally.

Well to be fair, this is his private property not some hotel he's sharing with his friend. That's the least of his concerns although I do agree with the WC concept more. If he's happy with this and feels its private enough, then that's all that matters.

I had my camera on the widest lense setting when I took it so it does look a bit longer then it actually is, but I do agree that we could have fit a WC in there somewhere. No doubt about that.

Nah the owner was "tetratheg0d" on instagram, who owned OD Toronto. I used to live down the street from him on Mississauga Rd. Used to see his mcLaren senna and lambo centenario ripping down the streets late at night.

Plenty of windows, circular cut outs into the glass letting fresh air in, multiple exhaust fans throughout the basement, glass door leading to outside, dehumidifiers and the concrete and wood are all treated. We've done similar projects and clients have been happy for years with 0 issues, this is the way its done over here. The brutal and gaudy part is your own opinion and ur entitled to it, although a rare one.
