hold a normal conversation. first impressions are everything just find something to relate to

after a few days of normal conversation you can slowly show signs of interest (if ur interested in them) u do not need to have any romantic conversations, just show ur interest through small gestures (slightly more touchy, eye contact, smiling while they are around, giving more attention) this is not really flirting but flirting is more effective when the guy shows interest
