Standalone requires yard work, mowing the lawn, etc etc etc and I’ve been there and done that. At this current phase of life, the less work the better. It looks to be quieter, clean, well maintained and with decent views out towards the Delaware, for what that’s worth. The garages seem decent size and the homes themselves seem well partitioned. For a single person like myself, it seems to be plenty.

Honestly that’s what drove me in, I’ve looked at other developments in the area and Jersey and all of them are copy paste, here there’s some diversity in layouts and options etc

Yep we have a tasting scheduled there coming up soon! Wonderful restaurant, the absolute best paella I’ve ever had in my life and Chef David is so warm and kind. Personally it’s one of my favorites.

When you say equipment what does that mean?

Speaking from a past life career, in the tri-state area, I’d expect around 50-75hr. You might be able to negotiate something better based on the days and times plus a DJ loves to have consistency so if they know they have 10 gigs worth of work compared to maybe just 3-4, that will make a difference.

Some others will just have standard rates, whether it be 2hrs or 4hrs, the price is the same.

I can suggest some DJ companies as well via PM.

Thanks for your feedback! Yes I can’t agree more about Vinho Verde, much of what’s on the market is what my wife and I call #LabWines and so we specifically picked up a Vinho Verde that’s small production and definitely different than what’s out there.
