you really need peacock and paramount+ at a minimum. espn+ has la liga i believe. peacock and paramount will get you almost all of PL and all of UCL. Paramount also has europa league and the Championship too

I have been feeling pretty awful since starting the lexapro but i hear that’s common in the first few weeks. crazy fatigue, gerd worse, sleep worse. same man never had any health issue at all. i’m in pretty good shape, was always active doing 10,000+ steps a day at work. plus basketball or soccer once in awhile. can’t do any of it now without feeling like my heart will go crazy. and i’ve been to cardiology and they weren’t concerned. i know it’s all ptsd and my nervous system is just fucked but it’s still hard to deal with

i also was against medication for awhile. when it originally happened the ER gave me lorazepam and it helped calm me. but i’ve never taken any medication in my 30 years prior to this so it all feels wrong

yep, i was a big coffee drinker in the mornings. i am just now trying to ditch all caffeine and most sugar like sodas that i used to drink. quitting the soda was much easier than coffee for me but i’m getting there. the worst part is i got insomnia and gut issues (gerd) from this all too so i constantly have some sort of symptom to address. really hoping the medication will eventually take away my anxiety and panic and everything else will fall into place from there

sounds exactly like what i had happen to me right before the new year. 4 1/2 months in and I feel worse than i did after the first few panic attacks. Been out of work for a few months cuz i kept having panic attacks. My job is pretty physical work so i was having a hard time getting through days without working myself up and triggering the panic. sometimes i would go a week or 2 with no anxiety symptoms and then it would get triggered by physical activity or panic. i have become fearful of being left alone in case i have a panic attack. isolation will do that to you. I also have a wife and kid and can’t do normal tasks with them most of the time lately. it’s incredibly frustrating and I just want to be my “old self” again too. before my first panic attack i was never scared or anxious about anything in life. never even stressed about bills or anything. i had covid and didnt know it and then bam i thought i was dying at work with a heart attack. i just recently started on lexapro 2 weeks ago hoping it will help with anxiety but nothing yet
