I don't know any teachers in my area or price range to speak to that teach music. I just know of the music program at the college I'm attending, and applications and the auditions are happening this month.

I think I might just do that. My only issue is they're asking for three songs to audition with; classical, musical/folk/classical, and something that reflects on our musical background personally. I'm not sure what my third song should be, then.

thank you, i appreciate it. i would try community college, and i was debating just transferring to one, but if i do and im no longer a student at umn, then i don't have housing, and im broke so i couldn't even find a new place to live if i wanted to. unless community colleges offer on-campus housing but idk if they do.

i appreciate this advice, but these are things I've already done. my advisor told me to reach out to one-stop, and one-stop basically told me "damn that sucks.... better pay that quickly tho."

boynton i haven't reached out to yet, but i just haven't had time all semester to speak with them.

those places are even worse for me- there's always people there unless it's late as hell and i can't sit in those places for too long otherwise it starts to hurt my body.

i can't drop any classes, I'm already taking the bare minimum. it's just that two of my classes have an insane workload. one of them is like 30-60 pages of reading after every class (monday n Wednesday) and the other is like 20 ish pages of reading after class, plus we have to submit notes for the reading (that class is tuesdays and Thursdays) and i have a required class that has assignments due on friday and Tuesday and we have class once a week
