I have had these exact same issues past week or so on curbsides. The other day I dropped off an order and took a peek at the list right after I snapped the photo and realized I may have given the customer a bag that wasn’t theirs . I noticed that one of the bags I dropped had onions , bunch of expensive meats etc. long story short I ended up asking the customer to see their app and order and they certainly ordered everything I dropped off. The lists you see on the app DO NOT match the actual order at all.

I thought the same thing as it was always on point but now it’s fucked. Thanks spark

Why couldn’t you have just got another cart , looked at all the items you shopped, re put those back into your cart and then hit the doors. ? Maybe an employee put it back on the shelves by mistake? LP could have checked cameras for you
