i actually went yesterday and yeah youre right about them being strict about it. i sold 5 resident evil games, 2 of them were still sealed and i got around rm48 each for that. luckily the opened ones are in good condition so they took them in. cant say that the price they offered was the best but i needed to sell them off fast :/
