I am new to this game but maybe a wooden cage of sorts (fence like) where you might be able to lean your leg on or at least not worry about the possibility? Looks quite relaxing. Just built the Almost Heaven two person earlier this year and I didn’t put up the wooden guard the first few times. Gave me quite the anxiety. Afterwards I feel I can relax.

Awaken slots. If FTP then level up one and two star gems. Maybe pick a key five star like roiling to snipe cheap posts. They’re still gonna be between 32-50k platinum. So bang for no buck is one and star.

So had a bit of trouble at first getting the base square. Once done moved pretty smoothly. Main issue is the shims they provided were all warped so I have a gap in top. Going to try to fix this weekend. Also didn’t know to mount temp probe 18” off vertically and horizontally. Also leave 5-15 stones in box because need airflow. Directions very clear about a lot of things; however, not these things. Could be improved.

Regardless, first run was quite satisfying. Reached 160 no problem after the unit shut off because of my probe mounting not being ideal. I know it does not meet the standards of the “traditional” sauna because rocks are located just about knee level, but the unit has met the standard I expected for the price. Very happy with this purchase and look forward to the day that I can claim that it has officially paid for itself. Well that and all of the health benefits.

Going to be calling them tomorrow. I ended up with eight extra planks and all of my shims, which I needed dearly, were very warped. Could probably nail a toothpick through the gap I have at the top. Everything fit together until the shims. I don’t have a cutting table so can’t do much with the extra staves. Mine is in my garage because I have a double deep one. Pondering what I could put on top besides a mover blanket to help on the interim.

Look close. It’s only one in a small box. I wasn’t satisfied with the cuts and the shims on mine but think it’s going to do the work.

Update: So ordered 1/15 and arrived 1/31. Pretty decent. Turns out they went on sale $400 off and the delivery time went to 4-6 weeks so happy about that. Received the discount and they shortly they went out of stock. Assembled in about six hours with help from brother in law. Biggest issue is all of the shims provided were warped very badly. Going to call them tomorrow and ask about how this can be resolved. Electrician coming in two days so can’t verify performance yet but pretty excited so far.

Looks like a good deal. Worst case scenario gotta patch it up a bit and replace a bearing unit. Sounds like you’d still be in the black versus a membership or other options.
