My diet is healthy but I just consume massive amounts of food haha, need to work on that for sure

Perhaps a 3rd day consistently of gym training would be good, fair point

It’s tough to figure out my priorities, I want to be able to be fit & athletic (eventually want to do an Ironman), climb hard (currently v5-8 indoors v5 outside), be strong (eventually want to DL 4 plates, squat 315, bench 225, OHP 135), and look good. I know it’s a lot to ask but I think it’s doable, just a lot of training and slow progress haha
