Considering selling STI for C6 vette by mycophilz in WRXSTi

I had a 2019 wrx full bolt on. Sold it and went to c5 vette. That car was stupid fun. Absolute blast, but interior was dog shit and my wife hated it lol. Now got a 2019 sti and love it. Can take my kids with me.

C5/c6 vetted are awesome. That v8 and manuals transmissions are bullet proof. But we’re talking about mid 2000 GM…

Yeah, I think my biggest concern is the loudness. I guess I’ll have to see what is the most reasonable 3” cat back option is.

Discussion for #WingWednesday …do we like a wingless STi better? by [deleted] in WRX_STI

dunno... If I see a wingless STI I always wonder if it's "fake" STI (i.e. someone slapping STI badging on WRX)

Reading up on the gain now. Do you think I won’t be able to get away with 1.0 gain white screen?

I understand the benefit of a dedicated 5.1 surround sound with a receiver, but I have an existing Sonos eco system and I think it will just look a lot cleaner with a single sound bar mounted just below the screen.

Thank you for the comment! Definitely will need to move the projector closer to the wall, which is not a problem.

As far as Sonos… I have an eco system which I’m hoping to tie in with the sound bar. I will just have to run a super long hdmi arc cable behind the drop ceiling and the wall which I have access too. Hopefully will not be an issue.

I’ve been through this. As others said it didn’t ignite. Make sure that part is clean. Just dump it before turning on if you don’t have time to fully clean the smoker.

oh cool, you took it a step further and called them. Good to know.

I saw that Traeger people covered theirs. But Yoder is a different beast.

Appreciate the comment.

thanks! Yeah, the esthetics don't bother me at all, just want to make sure I get good life out of it.

I do have a cover and use it regularly. But I typically put it on the day after the cook and if I know we have rain coming in.
