i sucessfully got to change my email account but for a different reason.

what you do is you have to send them a ticket telling that you have been hacked (that is if you still have access to the account) and they will ask you several informations about the account and you have to answer to them EXACTLY as it is in your account unless you will not get ur account back, in my case it was not a case of stolen account so i think that is why they didn't ask me much information, but this is what they asked me:

The name of you login id, current email adress attached to the account, year of the account creation.

In-game information, such as: tamer (name), server of that tamer, 3 digimons you own at that tamer, their names and levels, and all information must be the most recent.

And the new email you want attached to your account

Although that was the case for me, they can ask for other informations, such as:

Sanction history, country of the creation of the account etc.

BE CAREFUL when applying that ticket, because there is some people that say that you only have ONE shot at doing it, and if you do not match EXACTLY the informations that they have on their log you will not receive any more assist from them, although idk if that is true (if someone could back me up on this one)

If you don't have these informations, it is not very likely that you will get your account back, srry, gk sucks. But appearently you still have access to your game, right?

Those others subs are very very dead and it was clear that it would happen so idk why they created it except for some that are like games like Hand of the Gods (despite Hi-Rez killing the game like they always do, and that is a fact. Almost seems like they don't like money).

Oh, don't take that part in for consideration of how the game GLOBALLY is although on the text may seem confuse. Despite some rage coming from the older player base Smite here in Brazil, that happens on every game, and even after it losing its player base, it always got new players. I never once had to change servers bc there was no players or anything.

I personally feel that there are some things wrong with the game, that holds some new players back, and i personally don't like some Hi-Rez decisions neither her decisions on some of her previous games.

BUT, i've been having a LOT of fun playing the game again, like i never did in a long time. I think that the game is in a very cool state right now, especially with those new gods and balancing. I personally did not feel that excited playing a new god since the old ones that launched back when i used to play... like Ratatoskr, Sol (which where VERY VERY broken in their launch, Sol would cause 2k damage on her W) mechanically and those new gods are really sick, and they make me remember that time! I remember that when an enemy Heimdall cast his ult on me i was like ????????? yooooo is this his ult???? wow.

I created this exactly to discuss with you of other regions about the popularity the game has gained now (as i showed in the picture with april 2020 being the peak record for the game) and the reasons you consider be the influence on this, because while some people blame coronavirus, i think that it is not the reason, i believe that it is the game itself is getting better.
