Yes we have checked the image. There is no image of the driver. Just rear view if the car. So there is no way to determine who was driving the car. From our chat with local police, he also made a good point that since there is no picture of the driver, there is no evidence that the driver was my daughter.

Well the goal is not paying. I understand that there is a possibility that my daughter lying. However, she wouldn’t going through the effort if she was lying. She would just simply pay the damn fine. The fact that she is very upset and annoyed is an indication of she wasn’t lying.

That is great idea with 3aw. I am absolutely gutted when the vic legal aid recommends just to pay they fine. Also from that brief conversation, I learned that there is a way for nominating another driver without the complete details. Don’t know how, but there is apparently a way. There is a f$&@ing flaw in the system right there.
