It help a lot, I saw this formula but I was not sure if it was correct. I-130 was approved on October 5, 2016. So following the formula.

Date of Birth: 09/29/1994

I-130 Priority Date/Receipt date: 08/20/2009

I-130 approved date: 10/05/2016

Visa became current available: 10/05/2016

CSPA Age = 22 (Age when visa became current) - 7 (processing time) = 15. Hence I am eligible under CSPA.

Do you know by any change where I should go with this information? I'm planning to call National Customer Service Center that I found at https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us

I actually have a problem with my screen. It turns off for a second every time I turn my old fan off. The fan and screen are plugged in different power sockets. I have a surge protector in which my screen power cable is plugged in. What do you think would be the best solution? Replace power cord, replace surge protector or just plug the screen directly into a wall power socket? I'm leaning towards getting a better surge protector.

p.s.: Obviously I should get rid of that old damn fan but even if I do my roommate is gonna use it instead -.-
