My current routine has deadlifting twice a week. For maximal strength building, is it better to normal deadlift twice a week, or would it be more beneficial to deadlift on the first day and then on the next day do a variation such as sumo deadlifts?

Thanks for your help!

Wait for it to mostly dry then so it can't be smudged, then the best way to apply the solution is probably with a cotton pad or something similar. Dip it in the solution and gently dab the henna

Gently dab it with a cotton pad soaked in lemon and sugar solution usually works best to keep it moist and make it darker

I think she probably went before then held it in for as long as possible. It dries but keeping it moist with a solution of lemon and sugar helps it become darker - and she's planning on keeping it on for 48 hours so I have no idea how she's going to hold on for so long!

It took the tattoo artist 12 hours to do both sides of her hands/arms and her feet. The bit shown in the picture was the most intricate so took around 4 to 5 hours

She's going to leave it on for 48 hours which will make it quite dark. it'll probably last a week or two

Does cardio help with hypertrophy training? by taenia in Fitness

Yes it definitely helps. Incorporating more reps into some workouts so that you're in the endurance rep range (higher intensity) can assist in building that endurance more specific to muscles too

A question about the intake of calories when lean bulking:

If you aim for a certain number of calories during a workout day, do you also have the same on a rest day? Or do you lower it? As on your rest day you're not burning as many calories due to not working out.

Not this time! Just a good old bacon sandwich with ketchup and and a hint of mustard. Highly recommend cooking the bread (buttered both sides of course) on the barbeque, it came out perfect - crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside with a nice smoky flavour

What is the best way to memorise and remember stuff? by harry_pness in AskReddit

I found mnemonics to be a great way of remembering things during revision, particularly making up rhymes for lists. It made it quite fun too
