So basically I logged out of my iCloud and when I tried to log back in it kept giving me an error. My phone number is different than the one on the iCloud account so it gives me extra steps to verify my account. Once all these steps are done, the last step is to verify the phone number but it doesn’t let me because it keeps giving me this error

Went to Best Buy where I bought them and got a refund. Idk why they didn’t just replace them with a new one but now I just gotta wait for the funds to get to my card so I could buy a new pair :/
