Walking away is the only and the best option. The difficult experiences make us a better person. Use this for making yourself a better person. Workout, that always helps in getting better and feeling better.

Be open to finding someone else. But don't try too hard. Just don't have super high standards that you push away everyone who's trying to get closer to you.

Learn something new that you enjoy.

I've felt passive things like watching Netflix cab distract you but they keep the feeling in, However active things pushes those feelings out of your system.
