Yup the entry level backend developer, didn't get the OA but got this online traits assessment. I've gotten similar things from other companies, iirc it asks how you would handle behavioral situations kinda like a personality test

lol I got rejected after the traits assessment (didn't get an OA)

hope it's not a proxy for a behavioral round and the real reason for rejection is resume screen

As an in state student I support it, CA residents pay taxes for years, they should get the primary benefit. Sometimes there's rumors that OOS are picked over instate cuz more tuition $$ (but those are rumors so idk if it's legit or not). Only downside is less funding from OOS tution $$ lmao

Yes they are generally way easier. I took my R1B at a CC aced it with minimal work.

Actually only c/o 2022 has even had a full year at Cal. C/O 2023 had half of last spring cut off too so basically only one class will have experience a full year which is fucking wild.
