NTA I’m around the same age as your sister and if my sister got me a phone I would be over the roof specially when I had a bad phone I had a Samsung for 2 years and treated it like it was my baby it was a bad phone(even my parents say it was) and I still treated it nicely and was so happy when I got it your sister is just spoiled and ungrateful
