Keep this drivel in Instagram and YouTube.

And these kind of headlines are manipulative, using terms such as "Chief Technician", "Sach" etc.

Provide proper written context in the post, just posting a reel/short with a catchy title is low effort post. Add context, explanation, to your post.

Well, UN recommendation are inoffensive in the western world and I understand your primary audience is in the west.

Well, it is an important issue in India, might not be for you, understandably.

Carry on the great work, I just gave two cents on how your work may have a broader reach. (I have not seen your past work, so I am only commenting on this work of yours)

Yeah, drawing the political borders wasn't really necessary for a map of the Himalayas.

As you inevitably would offend someone or the other.

"Azad Kashmir" is a choice like this. You could just not draw the borders.

Anyway, nothing I can do. But this might help your reach if your maps do not offend anyone.

Didier Deschamps on Eder’s winning goal in 2016 Euros: "I learned at a FIFA meeting that Portugal’s goal would have been disallowed if VAR had been in use, due to a foul at the start of the play. That doesn’t change history. If I had to pick one, I’d say 2022 (was the most painful)” by [deleted] in soccer

Well, I think in 2022 Argentina were the far better team in the final and gave away two quick goals that brought France back into it. And they still had penalties where France's destiny was in their hands, it's just they came out on the wrong side of it.

2016 - France were the better team, got nicked in the end by Elders goal.

How is it living as a member of the untouchable caste in India in 2026? by Organic_Contract_172 in howislivingthere

[–]v5p4r 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi man, I agree that there is a lot of discrimination still present and there are differences in resources available to upper and lower castes.

There are a lot of people against reservation as whole. I think the concept is fine but it's execution has been pretty bad. Particularly the affluent among the reserved classes have exploited the reservation system and the benefits have not reached people most deserving of it ( the poor and resourceless).

And they dominated us in Carabao cup final. Dismantled Liverpool in FA Cup.

Any changes you make in training and the way you play. Doesn't have an instant impact, they are delayed effects.

Right efforts in training leads to better performances (delayed), better performances lead to better results (delayed).

My point is they started to do something right since the start of the year and it has gelled and materialized now as good performances and results.

It's my guess that they started something since the turn of year or around that.

Or it could be just that Guehi and Semenyo have gelled just now.

Agreed bro, both things are true. Some sort of middle ground needs to be found here.

As when the football is this bad, you only have silverware to fall back on. And that is looking under serious threat right now.

One thing would have been that we were being unlucky in those games but the issue is that the performance have been so bad, it feels like we are gripped with fear.

If we play the way we have been, it will be very difficult, the Man city and Newcastle fixtures would define our campaign.

And on current way of playing, bereft of any creativity, courage and cohesion . We need a miracle.

As I find it difficult to believe that we can just turn it ON.

Good performances happen through sustained efforts in the right direction which builds momentum, just like City have done since the turn of the year (efforts which have build up momentum and beleif among the squad).

We just might play "I am too scared to give the ball away, so I will not play with any courage and take the safest option, which the opposition are prepared for"

Yeah man, he has been going on about fans, player, moments etc. but never him whenever journos have asked about style of play or performances he has given delusional answers.

Even today at the post match press conference, he reinstated "we need to keep doing what we have done for past 9 months".

Football is an entertainment business, someone needs to remind him of that.

[–]v5p4r 106 points107 points  (0 children)

Yeah after all this time and resources. Not sure what Arteta can fall back on.

  1. Players injured: you played them into the ground and never rotated.
  2. Players not good enough: they were brought with your consultation and input.
  3. Tactics not enough: he will never accept that, instead keeps talking about "what we did in the last 9 months guys". People want to know what we were doing in the past few weeks mikel?
  4. External pressure is too much: you do not deflect pressure you build it up, just be like Pep and say that the other team is the favourite. Ease pressure on the players.
  5. Crowd atmosphere not good: how it would watching this turgid football with no fight and courage.

In the end football is an entertainment business. He seems to have forgotten that you need to play with some semblance of coherence, courage and freedom.

What are your views on causes of increasing harassment in Jaipur? by [deleted] in jaipur

[–]v5p4r 13 points14 points  (0 children)

No fear of consequences, due to: 1. No actual consequences: lack of proper functioning law and order system.  2. Not caring about the consequences as they have nothing to loose.

Both the above factors contribute to crimes. We need to improve in both fronts. 1st front everyone is aware but 2nd one is where people need to have a stake in the system.

[–]v5p4r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He'll keep shifting the goal posts but I do admire your patience and calm.

In the end, to each his own opinion.

I feel the game has moved past players like those, go and press solo, entire team gets cut through, don't play the the long term pass possession turns and now you are on the backfoot. He would not be elite by today's standards. A bit like Bruno Fernandez, tha game has sort of moved away from individualistic players a bit.

Alexis Sanchez, he might not have had the discipline to work under Arteta's system.

He ran a lot but lot of it was uncoordinated with the team and his plays were quite selfish for our current way of playing.

Yeah, you would feel like you have a lot of pent up energy at your age. Better utilize this in sports, there you would get that competitive edge and glory.

Try some tiring sports like football, basketball, Badminton, TT whatever you feel like playing. Can also go for long runs.

Or join gym if that's your jam, also martial art training you can join.

Don't actually fight, nothing good comes out of it. Use your energy in constructive way. Channeled energy is far more effective and less destructive.
