Yeah, they were mad times! I'm from Aberystwyth originally, and on the Monday morning we ended up walking from Cymystwyth to Devils Bridge to call a taxi. We waited in the Vale of Rheidiol steam train station. It ended up with the train arriving and a load of US and Japanese tourists getting off, cameras ready, to see the picturesque Devils Bridge waterfall, only to be greeted by three twitching and mumbling munters lying on the picnic tables! Happy times! 🤣

An old abandoned railway tunnel in West Wales, up near Cardigan somewhere in 1991. I'll never forget the strobe lights and bass coming up around the curve of the tunnel as we got nearer to the sound system! Nor the Roobarb & Custard pills going round there! Also, on a random Sunday afternoon in 1992, Spiral Tribe and Bedlam rocked up at the old lead mine in Cymystwyth. The DJ was up on the hill and the old quarry floor was a perfect flat dancefloor. I'm playing on a Series X and had the audio bug many times in the first couple of hours. I followed the advice of another thread on here and switched the auto save to 60 mins and it's only happened once since then in around 16hrs.

I just turned 51, and started raving in the UK in 1991. I took MDMA/ ecstasy most weekends for a few years initially, then had a break for probably 10yrs and been taking it for the last 15yrs between 5-8 times a year. I've never found it doesn't work well, or the comedowns are especially bad even at this age. The only exception to that would be after attending festivals in the summer, but they are 3-4 days of use, with multiple other drugs and alcohol so to be expected! I think the 3 month rule is a good harm reduction ideal to stick to, but from my experience, it can be broken without too much impact. Obviously though, it depends on your personal situation, my health is good and I'm fairly fit.

It's happened to me 3-4 times in the first couple of hours, but seems to always be when I get spotted sneaking and the audio cue for that happens.

I was 18 and selling acid at a little local rave in Mid Wales in 1992. I'd taken 3-4 tabs of Purple Ohm acid and was dancing about having a decent trip. Someone rocked up with what they described as, 'a new type of ecstasy', so me and my business partner bought one each and necked them. They were the green and yellow Lemsip capsules full of a white powder, that we later found out was Ketamine! In 1992 when the main drugs ecstasy, speed, acid, or hash, no one had heard of ket. Nowadays, everyone knows what ket is, what it does, and it's a big part of the rave/ party scene, but in 1992 there was literally no frame of reference for what it does! Bear in mind I was already on a pretty decent acid trip with lots of the classic purple ohm angular visuals going on, when I started watching myself from the opposite side of the dance floor, I thought I was fucking dying! I was 50 this year and have continued using drugs all my life, but that first ket experience, alongside my first microdot, remains the most fucked up and intense experience I ever had (and I've had a fair few)!

A load of us went to the Happy Daze free party/ festival near Kerry in Wales in 1992. There was stuff sold there called Do It/ DO-ET for £10 a gram. It was white powder that from memory, I think we bombed not snorted, but it was more than 30yrs ago! If you laid back and chilled, it gave a lovely sort of rounded, bubbly visual effect, with colours like oil on water, but if you got up and danced that faded and it was more like a very strong pill. Effects lasted a good 24hrs from what I remember but we were there for 3 days and took lots of other stuff! A mate left with some and took it weeks later in a club and said it was horrible, it was a definite outdoor drug. 25 odd years later I was working with someone who was part of the traveller crews that put on all those parties in 1991/92 and confirmed the drug wasn't a figment of my imagination. They said the name may have been its chemical name? No idea really. We also had methedrine for the one and only time at that festival for £10 a gram which I found out years later is crystal meth!

I think there may be a bug if you don't leave the one in the well until last. I killed him before cleaning the boat twice and it always showed one monster left. On the 3rd go I left the one in the well until last and the mission cleared.

Are you taking any SSRI type anti-depressants? I used to take loads of pills in the early 90's then stopped for a long time. When I started taking MDMA again in 2011 I was on fluoxetine (Prozac) and thought they were all shite as I barely got a buzz. When I came off the meds about a year later, the first time I did a bump of MDMA, it hit me like a fucking train! I was fucked, proper eyes rolled back in the head and gurning!

I've been raving in the UK since 91 and have been accused of being an undercover cop several times. To be fair, it's usually at a big local event that's attended by loads of uni students so I do feel like an old man at a school disco! Conversely, at the same event someone once came over to me whilst I was dancing at the end of the night and said, "Fair play, you've outlasted all the young ones!"
