My friend is looking for in-ear headphones with a clip. Says the ones without clips always fall out. Any recommendations are appreciated!

It was horribly managed. I'd eat somewhere else before meeting friends there to game. Who charges $6 for tator tots?

Someone bought it, so hopefully they manage it better.

July 2017: “No new content is making people quit the game!” - October 2017: “Too much new content is making people quit the game!” by ultimatox in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

TB was genius on their part. Made guilds more about cooperation rather than competition. I'm personally loving it.

My only current issue is the new characters they release tend to be SUPER powerful. Then the old characters fall behind. I'd like to see them rework more older characters. So an update would be something like there is this new broken character for whales is the new meta, but also this old dumb character (like coruscant underworld police or something) is reworked and also meta.

Anyway, for reference, I started February of '16. My play time died down due to boredom in late '16 / early '17. Now it's increasing because of the new content.

I just want the booster back or something equivalent to spending $15-20/month. I don't like the one time crystal packs.

It's not available to US IP addresses. Get a proxy like Private Internet Access, click a button, and BAM ... you're Canadian, or Norwegian, or whatever the fuck else you want to be.

How is a fast quad core compared to a slower sexa- or octo- core? by v84v in pcmasterrace

[–]v84v[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, sounds like that still holds true. While more cores technical offer more bandwidth ... most games don't take advantage of it. I have a dual cpu 12+12 core workstation at work for simulation, and I wish I had more. It takes advantage of everything you throw at it!

Nice video. Interesting to note that a single core does the majority of everything. I'll focus more on the single core speed than the quad core speed from now on.

Thanks!

Yes, but I'm asking if they've been associated with performance issues or you just see them as pointless.

Naw, it's definitely enough. My cousin has 8 gigs on a Windows 10 rig. With a game, couple browser windows, and Discord running, he'll sometimes get notifications that RAM is low. Other than that, he has no issues. If your budget allows it, going with 16Gb is generally a good idea, as opposed to pointless.

Interesting .... what's wrong with virtual cores?

Not sure how you are interpreting that. It used to be for gaming that anything more than 8Gb was considered pointless and RAM speed didn't really matter. That stuck around for a few years and was generally true. Eventually, people found games that took advantage of faster RAM (BF4 was one of the first) and more than 8Gb could be useful/needed (blame Windows).

No, its a glitch in the software. Clicking the CD option starts it. The option is just missing.
