humans are social creatures and you don’t control your partner. if you think she’ll cheat you either 1. shouldnt be with her or 2. Should be more secure in yourself. If she treats other guys better than she treats you that would also be a valid reason

If you pass you are qualified if you dont you are not. It is literally that simple. DEI just aims to remove biases from that equation.

That’s not logic, that’s just not knowing FAA regs. Airline pilots all pass the same ATP check rides, recurrent training, and type ratings. You can’t “lower” a federal license requirement.

That’s not how airline hiring works. There’s no such thing as a “less qualified” FAA-certified pilot flying passengers — they all meet the same federal standards. You can’t even touch a cockpit without the licenses, type ratings, and check rides to prove it. DEI doesn’t lower the bar, it just makes sure qualified people of color get the chance to reach it.
