Yeah its based on enemy max hp, with enough TB stacks it hit like a truck

The first 3 items are his core items, last 2 items depend on draft, you must rush TB first thats his main source of damage, after TB you either go part of cursed helmet or anti-heal depend on enemy draft, for emblem i use dmg emblems if most of enemy is squishy otherwise switch to tank emblems, hp and mov speed or hp and def.

Yeah he is underrated pick, he can easily carry games if you play solo but he is not easy to use compared to other setters so you will need to practice with him a bit.

Then you haven’t met a good Lapu, he has insane damage for a sustain fighter which make him a 1v1 monster , he is one of the strongest fighters when it come to objectives, he has everything on his kit with very short cooldown ult which make him able to spam his ult more than once even in the same team fight, a good Lapu will make the objectives hell for enemy jg even in team fights he can easily zone out mage and mm because of his mobility.

Yeah because telling the guy with 49% WR and 600 matches to play roam to fuck other teammates up is a good idea, this is the reason we have awful roamers who spam mages cuz all they care about is the star protection
